South Tyrolean and Ladin specialities, Mediterranean classics and international dishes: the JH kitchen brigade put their heart and soul into creating mouth-watering recipes from natural, locally grown produce. Our menu offers everything from tartare to fish soup and from steak to South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn.

With an assortment of around 200 fine wines both local and international to choose from, you are guaranteed to find the best accompaniment for your dishes. The JH Restaurant is open all day in winter and summer, and offers hot meals all day long.

Opening hours: 12.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.

The morning makes the day! That's why we place special emphasis on the first meal of the day and invite you to a rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired: Fresh wholemeal bread, homemade cakes and milk from the mountain pasture. Italian coffee, freshly squeezed juices and egg dishes that we prepare à la minute.
